Various litter picking around Myland
I am pleased to be supporting the Braiswick Residents Association with some of the items they raised at their AGM on 6th November 2007.
I am currently supporting the residents in Three Crowns Road and Bergholt Road to try and stop the trains being moved and causing serious damage by Network Rail. Read News Article.
I am currently working with Asda to get Petrolea Close adopted, get the street lights back into operation, stop trolleys being dumped and getting the area regularly cleaned.
I am currently working with CBC to get 11 new litter bins installed in Myland.
I am also supporting all residents in Turner Rise and the Turner Road area by objecting strongly to the proposed development of 4 seven storey silver coloured flats on the old Turner Village site, opposite Turner Rise (Read News Article). A complaint has been submitted following the Planning application and a response is awaited.
I am currently looking into resident complaints about the state of the roads in the Bergholt Road/Prior Way and Defoe Crescent areas.

I am working on getting the recent spate of graffiti removed in Mile End. Read News Article.
Turner Rise recently had a residents litter pick. Martin supplied the equipment via Myland Parish Council and wants to thank all those residents who were involved. See attached pictures.
Martin also wants to thank all those residents who did a litter pick along the entire length of Mill Road on March 29th - over 12 bags of rubbish were collected.
